When I bought the new Sketchers archfit I didn't realize until I wore them that even it was a size 8 it was too long. When I brought them back I was informed that since I wore them I could only get a store credit. At first I was worried if I couldn't find another pair that I liked. The person that helped me suggested another shoe type that turned out BETTER than my pair that I just returned.nI wished I knew her name!
Super pleased by the friendliness and service of staff last two visits. Dee greeted me soon as I came in this week to to switch a pair of shoes and she assisted me with a smile and kind attitude. I looked around a bit and finally found what worked for me. Great price! They were on sale. So Dee helped me make the exchange with great ease thankfully. They were about to close but I met an old friend and we started talking at the front door after it had been locked. Dee didn't rush us, hint it's time to go, she just did her closing prep and was patient and kind. When we finally left she unlocked the door and thanked us with a smile and sweet greeting. We live in an unstable, harsh world today. We need more gentle, kind spirits like Dee to make life full of joy and peace again. Pleased by kindness.
Very nice n helpful wit my lil big girls sizing. Ordered wrong size. But no problem, local store n no ship backs. Simply went down n they sized her up perfect. Highly suggest bogo sales. Been shopping for work boots 10 yr straight here. All kids shoes too. Highly reccomend to all.

Nice selection of crocs, sandals, and boots. I didn't look @ tennis shoes. But I saw a lot. Clean store. Friendly and respectful staf.
