Had a driver decide that since he forgot to deliver 2 of my packages today he would just say that he couldn’t because he was too lazy to walk back upstairs once he found them in his truck, he did however bring 3 packages to my door. 2 of which were so small they could have easily fit in my mailbox.
USPS was supposed to deliver an item that I order today. However, for some reason it says that there was a delivery error because they have no access to the delivery location which is ridiculous because there is a mailbox and everyone is home. I called them twice about the issue and they assured me that the item would come later during the day. However, the package did not come in today so I am going to have to wait for the next business day. I am extremely disappointed because this was a part that I needed as soon as possible as I have a very tight schedule that could change at any given moment and they failed to deliver the item on time and the customer service fell flat.
The staff are a wonderful group of people and the wait time are notnlong
Always great service.
I think our post office does a great job, the clerks are never irritable or rude but they ARE helpful and courteous. Our neighborhood carrier is outstanding, always helpful and nice.
