Stay away. Signed an agreement back in February. They were suppose to send a plumber and never did. Only email I got was after am month there covid procedure. Another few weeks went by and wrote to them and they said they were shut down. Never was told. Finally the end of June they called and said they need to send a plumber. Month later, still no plumber, no call from anyone. It has been over 5 months and still no new shower, no schedule date to install, still need a plumber. Going to have to find someone else to do the job. Hopefully I can get my deposit back.
I just had my tub completed and my installer John was the best. His attention to detail was amazing. He was polite, professional and timely. Thank you John for a job well done!
