We love this store. Honest to goodness hardware store with people who know how to use the tools and which type of bolt you need for that odd job. Great selection of hardware, tools, yard tools, gardening and pet supplies. They have it all. Good prices too. It will be a sad, sad day when the super stores push them out of business. So far they've been holding on!!

I am brutally honest in my reviews, and O'Connor is my favorite store. They still understand the value of good old fashion customer service, unlike so many others now a days.nThe guys in rental are great and Jimmy is the best!

They have an amazing selection of hardware bits, tools and supplies! Any 'quick trip' to O'Connor's always takes longer than I expect, because there's always something else I need.nAs a local homeowner, I feel really luck to have this resource so close by. And their open hours are longer/later than any hardware store, anywhere.!

My first time there. It was a large plaza ,the hardware store was huge. They had everything there pretty well covered. It was impressive. They had plenty of cashiers. Large lines. But they moved fast. It was organized. Very well , and large staff for help. The owners must be very clever people. They know what works. Its exactly what a hardware supply outlet we t should be run. Other business owners should go check this place out and learn to model their business after them. Its a fine tuned well lubricated operation with plenty of brains behind it. Blows lowes and home depot away. I will be back to do a thorough walk around. It was great.

I truly love this store! Everyone is so helpful and professional. I drove from tewksbury to get the tennis balls for my 10 year old yellow lab, such a good deal 2 for a dollar, I think I may have gone overboard (I bought 25)ud83eudd23nnI miss the popcorn ud83cudf7f lol.nI love giving the small business support!
