So because I won't conform to this governmental overreach of power, bow down and wear a mask, I can't get my rings serviced which will void my warranty!! And I don't really give two cares about your policy. What's next?! No vaccine, no service?! What a joke!! I will never step foot back into this establishment again!!!!nnOnce people realize it's not about a virus that's it's all about power and control over the people then maybe we can get back to normal. Until then there will not be a normal! Normal isn't living in a masked society where you're refused service for something you've already paid for because you won't put a piece of cloth over your face.

We had to rush and pickup a gift for a bridal party member a couple of hours before ceremony. The staff at Kay’s was beyond helpful. After we got back to hotel we found out the gift we purchased would not work, so we rushed back to jewelry store. The ladies working were so helpful with return and new purchase. Because of them, we made it to the church in time and the gift was perfect.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. Would be a great place if you never have any issues with sizing or needing a ring sent in. I will not recommend any Kay’s to anyone. I was highly disappointed that my ring split open where it had been resized and then even more disappointed when I went to pick it up and the engraving had been filled in where they had to fix it, so it had to be sent off again. Was told it would be express shipped to be fixed and I would be able to get it just a few days later. It’s now over a week past the day I was suppose to get the ring back and they don’t have it or a date it will be back. I called corporate who wasn’t much help either. I’m just disappointed in my experience with this company and will not use Kay’s again in the future.

I’ve never had any issues here before, been very happy shopping here, but now unable to shop here without them pushing political agendas. Fine, I’ll take my shopping elsewhere. Bad service. Pathetic!
