Northwest Exterminating shows up on time, calls before they arrive, are always dressed professionally and are thoughtful of my time. When they treat the exterior of my home they even sweep down the cobwebs! I've used other exterminators in Carrollton and Northwest has exceeded my expectations!

I really like the way this company cares. They call when they are on the way. They knock/ring when they are here. They ask if you had any bug problems in between visits. They seem to really care and they like their job. Thank you.
