I love living here. The lot rent is reasonable, and the maintenance guys are right on top of problems. There is an HOA, but yearly membership is only $5 and is entirely optional. Normally, there are a lot of activities (darn this pandemic!) and clubs. Each month features an event of some sort, like free catered dinners on major holidays, parties for some holidays, and potlucks. Everyone waves and smiles at everyone else and are glad to lend a hand when needed. The only downfall I have experienced is a disagreement about dogs. Have the people love 'em, half hate 'em. I hope I can buy a home there and live life at the fullest. Love that the pool is heated, nice clubhouse, pool tables, and much more! Come see for yourselves,!

Hasn't changed much in 25 years

Went to look at 2 homes for sale. The people are so nice and the place is so beautiful and the homes were incredibly spacious. I'm totally totally totally impressed!
