went through the car wash on April 22, noticed a few hours later circular scratch marks on my windshield. I returned to the car wash and filled out a complaint report and they took pictures, was told I would hear from them in a few days. Six days later I called the office since no one contacted me, gave info to someone who said they would have the manager call me. Still no calls from Haffner's. I'll have to file a report with the Better Business Bureau.
I highly recommend this car wash !
Right now shell is over a dollar cheaper for diesel and they are 1.5 miles down the road. That’s where I will go moving forward.
One of decent car wash facilities in the area.
I love going here because the vacuum station is free and you get a discount on gas if you buy a car wash. So when I fill up I can take care of it all at one place!
