The pharmacy is quick , accurate but best of all POLITE! My goodness, the customer service here is superior ! A big shout out to Tri and all other associates. You guys rock!!

I have used this pharmacy for 6 months now and I am very pleased with their knowledge and the entire experience of filling a prescription.Even when busy , both Tri & Beth take time to answer your questions and update your information. Would definitely recommend to all . 5 stars for the pharmacists/pharmacy at WinnDixie in Oviedo

I started using this pharmacy approx 8 months ago and have had nothing but problems with the most senior pharmacist there.He is called Tri... Beth,the other pharmacist, is always courteous and a professional, while still showing empathy and understanding.I am now under so much stress b/c the pharmacist called Tri has been rude, unfriendly and makes me wait until the 31st day to pick up any and all prescribed medications.I have never encountered this before ! Even when busy,Beth takes the time to answer your questions.I have to this store to pick up a Rx AFTER I have run out of meds on the 31st day which only he has ever done....only to get there and get the silent treatment or to be told something has come to his attention such as I picked up the day following a fill so I will have to wait and come back the next day ! I have always been polite and courteous to the man so it bothers me that he seems to think it's his duty to make my life more miserable. I recently had my car in the shop and no ride for next morning .Called to ask if I could pick up my Rx at 7:45pm ( 15 minutes before closing) as I didnt have a ride next morning. Answer=no way. I even had spoken to my insurance carrier's nurse and they had approved the payment of this medication. I explained the predicament to her and she said to let her call and speak with him.She did so while I was on hold. When she returned she told me that the pharmacist called Tri had accused her of trying to force him to commit an illegality, except she hadn't. How can you force someone over the phone ? She said in all her years of speaking with pharmacists and pharmacies, that she had never been spoken to so rudely without one ounce of compassion. She suggested I change pharmacies b/c this person was making me wait until the 31st day and that wasn't necessary but it was his call. I filed a complaint at her suggestion and am in process of changing pharmacies. I want to be very clear that Beth has never treated me like that, only the pharmacist named Tri. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to an enemy b/c if you don't have anxiety when you start with them, you will before too long.I really don't think that Winn Dixie wants a pharmacist who communicates this way to the very same people who have created a position for his pharmacy degree. If he wanted to control every detail and speak to paying customers and insurance company nurses like dirt then why didn't he just go to school for 6-8 more years and become a doctor instead of a pharmacist. I feel for the man as he seems very bitter on the outside but that is just an observation.One last note: if it's a month with 31days instead of 30, this same man doesn't count that extra day as a day even though you are still prescribed medication for th as t day and take the medication as directed,it doesn't exist to him. I would go to any other Winn Dixie and that one too if this unkind and rude man didn't work there. Everyone else is friendly and helpful and glad to help you. It's an unusual way for a pharmacist to act to me as he has many laws to follow but he doesn't write the prescriptions nor make the laws to his specifications. I'm getting an anxiety episode writing about this but I have put this off for too long. I like WinnDixie. Never had a problem whatsoever. Until these ongoing incidents with one employee. Don't go there if you can go anywhere else.On my last visit I was talking to the female pharmacist and a new employee and we were talking with another customer. I was relating how I have been treated there and while his co-workers stuck up for him, the other customer told me that she thought I was correct b/c when she came in the day before with her boyfriend, the same guy who gives me. anxiety attacks treated him very nasty. Her words, not mine. She agreed that he sometimes seems to have a really bad attitude. Do something else dude or work at a different store. Life is way too short. I haven't walked in your shoes but then I've seen you be polite to many customers. Right before you get to me to tell me I'll have to wait day ...
