These guys have been extremely helpful to me while trying to find medication around food allergies. This is sincere appreciation and gratitude for your helpfulness, kindness and for all the extra time you have given me from your very busy day.
They are a typical pharmacy, they get the 5 stars because all pharmacies make mistakes, they at least admit them and try to resolve the problems. They also care.
After calling in to renew a prescription 3 hours earlier, your pharmacy still needs more time to fill a prescription? What the hell were you doing for 3 hours?
i’ve only been to this pharmacy a few times but I think i’ll have my prescriptions sent elsewhere. they don’t fill your prescriptions sent by the doctor until you get there and ask them to. they put my phone number down wrong in their system so i wasn’t getting their texts that my prescription wasn’t ready and I would need to call if I wanted to have it filled. went today to pick up another prescription and of course it wasn’t ready again. they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. an hour and a half later IT WAS STILL NOT READY.
Friendly, courteous, and generally helpful staff, but terrible communication. Too many times they are out of stock but don't notify me, so I don't find out till I go to pick it up at the promised time.
