This is a great store with friendly staff. They are very convenient because they are open 24/7 for those last minute or much needed items that can’t wait.
Due to going to an urgent care after hours and my regular pharmacy being closed I was forced to go here. Pharmacy tech with the tattoo on his forearm was unbelievably rude and told me that my insurance was expired and was charged full price for a prescription. Upon speaking with my insurance agent the fallowing day. They informed me that my insurance was not only not expired but had never been ran by the pharmacy. So he just lied about even running it. Will never get a prescription from them again. Should be fired for something like that!
Had a very short interaction with the pharmacist and he was very rude and as someone who’s worked in customer service I’m extremely nice to customer service workers because I know how hard it can be so I 100% didn’t do anything to provoke this kind of unprofessional behavior.
Would be giving them a 0 if I could. Rude, over reactive, and wouldn’t take my card. Save some time go somewhere else. Also kept cutting me off.
