God forbid the pharmacist does her job properly without prejudice. When a person visits out of state has all the proper documentation and identification yet is refused medication even when the systems shows this medication is a monthly medication narcotic or not the prescription should be filled I never had a problem when I used to visit family who was located in Napels but has moved to zepherhills area I never had a problem with same RX when visiting family in NJ or NC yet this pharmacist has a problem .I cannot understand why cvs even hired such people to work in one of their pharmacies. I do not return to my home for another week and I can't seem to get this woman to understand.

The Pharmacy has an individual who thinks she is the Pharmacist in charge that makes up her own rules and she is very rude. She treats customers poorly even rolling her eyes and speaks to you with a smart mouth.
