Absolutely love and highly recommend this pharmacy. Sam and his team go out of their way to assure great customer service. If they can, they will go out of their way to save you money. Thank you Sam and team for being so caring and compassionate.

Zephyrhills Community Pharmacy is the best pharmacy all the way around. Always you’re a person not a number. Sam the pharmacist is a genuine caring person that takes his job seriously. Sam always looks after the customer and gives the best prices for the medication when filling any prescription. Same even goes the extra mile and looks for discounts that can be applied to any prescription you are having filled. Sam is a gem and you do not find many like him that goes beyond his job to help and serve the customers that have a need for prescriptions. Health is important to Sam and he displays the act time and time again. Sam’s business as expanded and he still as the same attitude from the very fist day he opened his pharmacy. Employees that are hired to work are hired that they to will treat the customers with respect and kindness. Same runs the pharmacy in an humble environment, thanking us every time we are ready to leave. We turn and thank him for being such a unique and humble person. Thank you, Sam, for being such a trusted Pharmacist and human being.

I came in the other day and felt completely disrespected. My roommate simply wanted to fill his prescription but the pharmacist decided that yelling at his employees was more important than letting them complete his simple request. I believe the pharmacist’s name was Sam. Can someone in actual management please let him know that it is completely inappropriate to yell at employees in front of customers. If he is willing to act that way in front of a paying customer, then I can’t even imagine how he treats his employees behind closed doors. I think something needs to be done about Sam before you lose more business because I know my roommate and I are never going back to your pharmacy whilst he still works there.

Every time we come here they are helpful, caring, AND efficiently quick. I know they also find ways to help people who cannot afford needed medications. They truly do serve their community. Thank you!

Super fast, professional service. They go above and beyond to help all customers. Sam the Pharmacist gives everyone a huge, sincere smile & makes you feel as if you are the most important person in the world. All of the Pharmacy Techs there are the same way, they are always willing to help you with any problems or questions you may have. They were happy to help me when no other pharmacy would. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to be treated respectfully. They treat you like a person instead of just another number with a wallet like all of the chain pharmacies treat you. Chain pharmacies DO NOT CARE about you. All they care about is how much money they can make. Zephyrhills Community Pharmacy is always willing to help you. They truly care about all of their customers!!! Finding them has been a blessing.
