Hector from South Lake is an amazing pharmacist! Exceptional customer service with a prompt delivery. My Cat’s antibiotics were compounded to a tuna flavor liquid, which has made both our lives easier. Thanks again South Lake!

I love working with this pharmacy! They are prompt and efficient. They have a variety of products all explained by Adam L. He has been a pleasure to work with and i appreciate his expertise and customer service! It’s a breath of fresh air to be able to have a reliable company with quality service and products!

Here are my plus and minuses.nnPluses: The staff is very friendly. Hector and Molly do an excellent job of running the Pharmacy. They are always kind, positive, and very informative.nnThey know who you are. They remember your name, and really work to make sure your needs are met.nnIf you need a prescription, and they don't have it, they can either compound it or have at the pharmacy the next day. They are very good at getting what you need quickly.nnMinuses:nnBesides Molly and Hector, the staff messes up a lot. After going there for over 2 years, I can honestly say, they have rarely had my prescription ready. There is always some issue. It has gotten so bad I was forced to change pharmacies. They do not get electric med requests accurately. I have personally watched my Dr. send a prescription, and they do not get it. Then then the onus of getting the prescription becomes your deliemma. You have to consistently call your Doctor to resend prescriptions. Sometimes multiple times. Then your Doctor and nursing staff get upset because they are sending the prescription.nnUnless you get Molly on the phone, good luck. I have phoned prescription requests for refills multiple times to different staff, only to have it not filled when I come to pick it up.nnLastly, they rarely have your medicine in stock. This leads to delays in picking up prescriptions. [Notice the plus as well.]nnAll in all, this pharmacy is good to deal with as long as you get Molly on the phone. If you leave a message on the answering machine or with other staff, good luck.nnUpdate:nnI called yesterday to have my daughters Rx transferred to another Rx in town. Once again, the person told me everything will be taken care of. Called the Rx this morning. Rx has not been transferred. This lack of follow through is why I left Southlake in the first place.
