I had an interview with her. A couple of things stood out according to other reviews by parents online. 1) She's disconnected. I told her about Newton Residency Program and she said there's no such thing. That may be true for elementary, but there's certainly a residency program and you can look it up yourself. 2) After the interview which seemed to go fine, she said she would call for references and call back tomorrow. She never did call back which I find to be unprofessional and brings into question whether she's prejudice against Latinos.

When I was going to Ward it was a perfectly fine school, teachers were good, a good academic structure, but now a kid that I babysit for is going to Ward he is in the third grade and is being bullied and the school has seemed to make no effort to thwart or stop the bullying and honestly due to this and the disgusting hallways and cafeteria, Ward School should really be getting a three, but its where I made some of my best friends so I suppose it deserves an extra star for that, but the bullying is disgusting, and the Principal does not seem to be in touch with the problems going on at the school
