ELIAS was on front desk this morning. I went to send a certified envelope and I had also a regular one, but the regular wasn't stick well and I asked him for a piece of tape he was using on that time. He told me to bring my own because wasn't free. I decline the request, but I told him to be a public service worker he was a very bad Guy, to deny something so simple. He could charge if he wish, but not to say something like that.
I can't believe I'm writing a review for the USPS, but I have to say this is the nicest, most accomodating, and most helpful location of all the USPS offices. So friendly and informative. Never give you a hard time. Always ready with a smile and an answer. I love this location and I'm glad they're our local office!
This post office is very nice and deserves five star except the nasty manager.nRude and short temper. I feel sorry for people who work with him.nHe is well know as nasty one in the area.
Courteous and customer service oriented staff. Parking is my only issue with this location. Where do they expect customers to park?
