Relatively clean. There are many aggressive kiosk salesman - don't look them in the eyes. I ambulated around the whole mall looking for an ascot and no stores carry them; it was extremely disappointing. All the shops around Dillard's are time traps because there is so much stuff in them to look at. On the bright side, the crayola store has some delicious crayons - try the Robin blue color or maroon. Ask a store associate for the best flavors.
This is absolutely my favorite mall in Orlando. They have about every store you would need to shop at, plus some that you may not have heard of. They have a nice selection of food and treats to eat. It is very clean and I love the upbeat and lively atmosphere. There are also plenty of places to sit, both indoors and outside. You can't go wrong visiting this mall. (03/19/2021)
Plenty Of Stores To Choose From And A Wide Selection Of Variety.
Where to begin? I was impressed with the cleanliness of the stores visited. Very pleasant atmosphere. The food pavilion offers many great choices and most of them are reasonably priced. Be mindful of your surroundings. I sneezed about 25 feet from the entry door of Zara...no one was close to me but was looked at with disgust. I have a cold and sneeze from time to time. The work I do requires me to get tested every morning so I am safer to be around than most. I also took a drag off an electronic cigarette and my son heard me being criticized. We were outside before entering the Mall. At this point nobody in close proximity to us at all. My point is some people are ignorant but there's no fault of the vendors or our shopping experience. Everyone was nice and helpful.
I love this mall!! It's conveniently located, near Orlando International Airport. Which means, more tourist, then locals. It is Central Florida's largest shopping center. So many stores, to check out. We had an appointment for, the I-phone store, for my Mom, visiting from Michigan. The malls cleanliness, was very impressive. Yes, you must wear a mask, in every store & the main area. The food court is awesome, many choices.
