Absolutely amazing service in all departments. Phil is the best employee American Girl doll store has. He took time to make my almost three year old daughter feel like her Bitty baby was just as important to him as it is to her. We are customers for life because of his service. Once again leaving impressed with this location's customer service. Thank you.nAlso, cupcake decoration in the bistro is worth every bit of $6.

A beautiful little store that takes me back to when I was little and collected American Girl dolls. The selection is immense and the displays are beautifully crafted and cared for, and the staff definitely knows all things American Girl. A cute cafe off to the the side of the store adds an extra dimension of fun, as do assorted photo op spots and play areas around the store itself. Nothing but nostalgia as soon as I set foot inside, and staff were eagerly waiting to help. Makes me miss my American Girl dolls--but I'm thrilled to know more young girls will have the opportunity to grow up alongside them with stores just like this!

We visit Chicago store every year so I was so excited to find one closer. It is is really nice and clean with a cafe that you can eat with your doll.
