So happy to have found this pharmacy!nGenuine personalized service and most of the time without any wait time. Our family just switched our accounts from publix to here! Only wish I had found it sooner or had read all of the other great reviews.

I just moved from NYC to Orlando last year.nIn nyc, you tend to shop at the mom and pop stores to get personal service. I had been going to my pharmacist in ny for over 20 years and he was by far better than any of those chain pharmacies ( Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid) he would actually deliver my scripts on his way home and go out of his way to make sure my insurance would be in order.nI walked into Direct Pharmacy this morning and was greeted by a very personable counter person. I knew I would get the once over seeing as my scripts were controlled. I had all my paperwork from the doctors office and for my scheduled back surgery. After a few minutes the pharmacist came out and spoke with me to make sure I wasn’t a “pill shopper “ I had shown him my receipts from NY and all the paperwork necessary to get the meds. He told me it was back ordered and it would be awhile. We got into a conversation that I’m pretty sure he was able to understand my situation and was more than happy to help.nAs this was my first time going there, I knew I was going to get a hard time no matter where I went, but he hung in there and helped me out.nHe was very professional about it, and didn’t judge me. I would always recommend a mom and pop shop anytime. This being no different, I received the service that you would expect from that type of store. I will have future prescriptions and hope we can get along like the pharmacist I had up in NYC..

I've been using this pharmacy since they opened and I have to say An Dang and his staff are top notch. I have never been to any pharmacy that offers the high level of customer service that you'll receive at An's pharmacy. He is truly passionate about his business and he truly cares about this patients. I live near UCF and drive to this pharmacy due to their amazing customer service. I highly recommend them for any of your Rx needs.
