This company is a great company actually since they took over Lincare very professional and they have difference pharmacies all over the states I believe

Lincare does not deserve even 1 star. I just can't believe these people are getting away with billing Ambetter for a CPAP machine 3 years after we already own the machine, not shopping supplies and continuously billing for supplies not received. Can someone please put a stop to these people poor business practice.

My doctor has sent an order to this company three times in the last three months and they have never contacted me to set me up with sleep equipment. I called them and they said they had the order and would call me back. Did they call? Of course not.

The billing department is a nightmare. It is impossible to get resolution to problems with even supervisors. Lincare makes it difficult to know who to contact, which office does what, and where the billing vs. the communication to the patient comes from. I've had correspondence from Florida, Atlanta, and Spokane and cannot straighten out billing errors that date back to Jan. and Feb. 2018. After many phone calls, I finally got to speak to a supervisor and I faxed paperwork to attempt to straighten out the problem. I am not able to get an extension number to reach the same person when the problem is still not resolved and have to go through a tedious phone process over and over.

This Company has the worst billing department I've ever seen. I get nebulizer meds and equipment from Med 4 Home but Lincare is the billing department for them. Since Jan. 2019 I have been trying to get the mistakes on my billing account solved. It was determined that I'd overpaid $108 in Jan and that it would be credited to my next bill. At the end of Feb I was told they needed authorization to bill my AMEX card monthly and that my next bill would be $38.35. DO NOT AUTHORIZE THIS COMPANY TO RECEIVE RECURRING PAYMENT FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!! I haven't even received my March bill and they have charged $266 to my AMEX account. I've now blocked them from processing any further payment, but this company just keeps giving me the runaround. When you catch them in their lies they suddenly say its your deductible, that is why your bill is different from month to month. These people are scammers and need to be investigated!
