They had a Trivia night and it was so much fun. There were easily about 100 people
Perfect library—incredible architecture, bright welcoming space, great helpful, knowledgeable staff, many events, art exhibits.
I could not ask for anything else for a neighborhood branch. The staff are extremely friendly, talkative and helpful, they knew the book I was looking for right away and helped me find it, staff makes this place 100x better
Staff is the best. They will go out of their way to get you what you need.nHowever, as others have noted, it is not set up for serious studying. My children managed to do their homework there over the years. But Fanueil is more like a community resource than a traditional library. It can be very busy and is very neighborhood oriented. To the many college students in the area, the libraries at their schools are probably better suited for studying.
Thus branch feels like a library you would find in some random small town. The children's library inside is one if not the most significant part of this library. It is a one of the largest parts of the library and even includes a small stage.
