EPIC Theatres at Lee Vista

Went with friend this past Saturday. Absolutely poor customer service provided at refreshment stand and subsequent register to pay. Supervisor seemed apathetic and needed to be told by me to open another register. When he finally decided to, he couldn't get register open, absolute disaster. Having paid $23 for 2 tickets and another $20 on refreshments, I am sorry but I deserve better and so do others. They want us to come back to the theaters and then we deal with this nonsense? Get your act together Epic and train your supervisors properly!

They are open.!. Conveniently located near Orlando International Airport. Good place to kill two or three hours, before your flight. Buses to airport Terminal A at the light off the main road.nClean, good variety of shows and plenty of places to eat nearby, within walking distance.

I first want to say that I love this theater for its reclining chairs, & just overall look & feel. With that said, my issue is with the concessions stand. I love to enjoy some chicken tenders with some fries with an icee (half coke, half cherry) & this theater doesn't have that. The options for food are very weak, & it's a shame because of how grand this place looks, you would think that they'll have some top notch options. When I went a few weeks ago, I also noticed that they weren't using the lids on the popcorn buckets like they use to, I actually liked those lids because it allowed you to shake the popcorn around after adding butter & salt, which really differentiated this theater from other who don't use the lids. That's why I have to give this theater 3 stars unfortunately.

We did a private showing for my son's birthday. We were there on Tuesday afternoon and the place was empty. Only saw one other group there. The staff was friendly and great about social distancing which I appreciated. The theatre was clean

Clean place with comfy seats, and I'm very happy they are open since other theaters closer to me are not. That being said, it was the first time I've ever sweated in a movie!. I asked a manager why it was so hot and he said the A/C is off until the movie starts...but the air never kicked on and it did not get any cooler throughout the movie. I get that they are trying to save money, but customers shouldn't be sweating during a movie!
