I come here all the time. Even before they remodeled. The store is always clean & well organized and the staff very friendly. They genuinely do ask if you need assistance. The wine selection looks amazing.
Absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had. The white lady who I believe is the owner, is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. Never have I ever been so upset with how rude I was spoken to that I walked out and went next door to the ABC fine wine and spirits. If this is the level of customer service that this lady gives on a daily basis, I'm not sure how anyone would ever go here and support this business.
Very rough “lady”. She was impatient and finally I decided don’t buy the product and leave that place. Very disappointing.
Nice staff, great liquor selection. I go here to get my Russian vodka that ABC liqour doesnt carry. They do have some rare or unique brands you cannot find at other stores. I was once in there and someone who was loitering asked me for money, they made him leave. They ID me today for the first time in a while (I'm 30) I had to go back home for my Id..only because they stock stuff others dont. Cashier felt bad and gave me like a dollar discount nice staff, bring ur ID if you arent a frequent shopper, if you want to try something new they have brands from countries you cannot find at most stores... CHEERS
