I work at Complete Document Services LLC and would like to express my feelings based on a phone call made by our office to the US Marshals Office. I phoned to ask a question in order to assist an ex convict and was treated with respect and professionalism. Cell phones are not allowed in the building at all. We had parked about a half mile away as we weren't familiar with the area. We got to the door and they said no phones. I asked if I could leave at the security desk turned off and was told no. So leave it in the car.
