We just had a runner installed and it looks gorgeous! The service was fabulous and the quality and variety of rugs to choose from was terrific. They let me bring as many samples home as I wanted and never rushed us. The high level of professionalism and kindness was wonderful and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend them as they clearly take pride in the quality of their work and service. We could not be happier!
We had our bedroom carpet replaced and the company did a wonderful job from start to finish. Sales staff was very helpful, owner promptly came to take measurements, explain process, etc., and the installers were very thorough and professional. Room looks wonderful and company would get a stellar reference from us.
I was very fortunate to have my contractor recommend J & S Carpet. I prefer a small local outfit vs. the big box store and it paid off big time.nThe owner, Steve Messina was hands on and his staff was outstanding.nGood quality products, did what they said they would do, did it on the schedule agreed to and any blips were immediately corrected. Most blips as one knows are self inflicted, I changed my mind three times in midstream ! J & S carpet did not flinch, simply stated they understand and will take care of it. J&S Carpet was great, we called them to see what to do about an old spot when we had moved things around. They suggested installing a berber to get rid of the spot and the rugs we were putting down for the dirt and debris coming in. Essentially solving 2 problems. It looks great! If you want to see it come on down to H&K Insurance and see it.
Late Nov 2017: Needed a bound remnant. Showroom assistance was excellent. Follow up after? Impossible. Even after I nagged three times, after a *month* had passed, no quote for the remnant was ever produced. Bad spate for their biz? Perhaps. They just don't want remnant business? Quite possible. Subsequently, I went to a competitor in Natick where they provided me a quote in five minutes. Remnant order placed 10 minutes after that. Really wanted JSC to be a local solution, but the enormous snafus are just too plentiful to pursue any dealings whatsoever.
