I love shopping here but when donating the associates who are in the unloading dock can be very rude. I completely understand that things need to be organized and put in certain areas, I have no problem with that. But I accidentally put one of the many items we were donating into the wrong area and a man popped out and yelled at us that we could not put that there. It was not that he told us we couldn't it was his attitude and the fact that he yelled it at us. All that needed to be done was for him to politely tell us that it needed to be moved and I would have done it gladly, but not yelled at like a dog. Since this is not the first time this has happened me and my family will be donating and shopping at facilities that do not make clients feel so unwanted.
This is a great store to shop at. I do feel though Goodwills in general have gotten way overpriced from what they used to be.
Store manager is horrible. A friend of mine accidentally dropped the wrong box and they refused to return it. The clothes had not been distributed and most were new with tags. She lost all of her sons clothes due to an honest mistake on her part while moving and the lack of compassion from this location. I assume the employees ravaged the box and took what they wanted and the lady was embarrassed to tell her they stole from the company they work for and couldn’t give her clothes back because they already took it upon themselves to have first pick at them. We will never know because the lady won’t call her back and corporate won’t either.

Wow! Their prices have really gone up on some items. You can buy same items for new at same price. Somebody is getting greedy! They need to remember that these items are pre-owned and are not new. I don't know what happened to the good prices. Some items you can get new for the same or close to the their price. Hope they make a change. There are a few good priced items but one should always check new prices before buying used. I would suggest also using caution when buying new or used items in this time of this terrible viris spread. They are doing a good job of trying to protect their customers by offering towels to open the front door with, which I was very impressed with. They were also all wearing masks. Thumbs up for caring about customers health!
