For a small pharmacy they give you the small town feel of customer service and excellent pharmacy if you are a person that needs medication and wants more of the one-on-one consultation from a pharmacist that you only get from back in the day

Excellent pharmacy and staff. Always willing to go the extra distance to help. I am heartbroken to have to change pharmacy's due to a change in insurance, as no others will even begin to measure up.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Pharmacy. I am a regular now. When I 1st walked in they made me feel welcomed. Since then they call me by name and always have my medications in stock. When they don't they make sure they have it for e the next day. I tell all my friends about Palmetto Drug Mart! There prices are also better then other local Pharmacies.nThey even sell a lot of other great items, including $1.00 items that are so worth it!
