Ordered 2 items online during quarantine. I was contacted a few days before they were due to arrive, with a message that one of my items was out of stock (it was listed as in stock on the website) and was being cancelled. The remaining item that did come was wrong! Not even worth returning because of the cost of shipping. The worst online shopping experience that I've had.
HUGE selection of merch and sizing ,, good sales and prices
They have BC everything here! It is expensive but a lot of the BC gear you can’t get unless you buy it here. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
Bit overpriced but convenient if you need things immediately or you want things with BCs logo on them. Its not operated by the university as far as I know. They make you leave your bag outside but they dont have anyone watching the bags which makes me uncomfortable because almost all students carry a laptop so you risk it being taken.nnFor the 6 years I was at BC I never had any issues at the bookstore. It serves its purpose. My main issue is just with the bag policy.
Easy to see right off of Commonwealth Avenue servicing Chestnut Hill and the adjoining areas of Massachusetts. Small parking lot. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.
