Its very clear cozy and calm RV Park.nFriendly neighbors. Pool and this little quiet haven in the middle of town. It gets an old fashioned 4 Stars.

Nice park for the elderly

Mostly older, few new trailers for sale, rent. 55+ park. Older park, convenient location near Tice Elementary school. Pool is attached to back if manager's home. Separate laundry room. Nice people live there. Reasonable rent. Safe park Sometimes seasonal rental.

Neat and clean

I have been here for 2.5 months and I really enjoy it. I was very nervous at first because it isnt in a great area, but there is a nice sense of community inside the park that makes me feel safe. Neighbors are all very nice, park is clean and well kept, office staff is very nice and definitely go above and beyond. I will stay here again the next time I am in the area.
