I've been really impressed with how they have been handling a very difficult situation. They have been fair and understanding and that really means a lot to me. I think this is how every HOA should run. Pure professionals. Nothing less! Highly recommend!

Nothing but problems with this HOA! I DO NOT recommend buying or renting any place here. Just as an example, they have a predatory towing company working with them. I had my car temporarily parked directly behind my garage when it was towed, it had only been there for 10 minutes while I ran inside to get something. I called the police and they told me that the tow was initiated by the towing company and that no police report was filed. I was charged $247 to get it back. Now tell me you don’t believe this HOA doesn’t get a kick back when they are contracted by this HOA. Just to tell you how rediculous the charge was a normal tow in the Salt Lake City area usually only costs $60 not $247! My car was towed from Midvale to Draper by Beehive Towing who also operates under the name Reliable Towing. You should read those reviews too! Really shady! It’s really been so many problems since I’ve moved here, one after another. Do yourself a favor and run!

This HOA cares more about the money that they do about their members. DO NOT buy a place here. You'll regret every minute.

I have had nothing but frustration with this HOA. They have a towing scam and terrible customer relations. I would avoid living here because of them.
