I had been looking for a home for several months and was very picky about what i wanted. Cletus was the first realtor to REALLY listen to me and find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for as an investment property. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained each steps in the process in a way that definitely showed his expertise in real estate. That made me feel super confident. Mr. Degboe is very responsive as if you are his only client(even though you're not) and truly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at his job as realtor,he is a great help with numbers, morgage loan and closing cost fees.He never gave up even when I almost did. He was very approachable and available whenever I needed him. A lot of communication. That was key! As a first time home buyer it was so much needed! He was patient throughout the whole process and cautioned me about making unreasonable offers (He even helped me calculate the ROI percentage on several properties).He kept me well informed of all the road blocks and how maneuver around them. The best part about working with Cletus was that he was always more focused on answering my questions, giving me great advices, and advocating for me.Great advices that paid off. In short, he was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. I was so fortunate to have found a very competent realtor ,who helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price.I love my new home, thanks to Cletus's efforts. I'm very grateful !!! I would recommend Cletus Degboe to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you get exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission.
