This was so much fun and my kids really enjoyed the experience. It was well kept and our tour guide was very nice and knowledgeable of all the reptiles there. Thank you so much for having such an awesome park. I highly recommend you go see this place if you're in Tampa.

A gem of a reptile sanctuary! Our 1.5 hour guided, interactive tour for 5 (3 adults; 2 kids aged 7 n 9) was well worth a $100.00. Destiny, our guide, was super friendly and knowledgeable. We all got to hold a ball python and baby gator, and feed tortoises, turtles and gators. Highly recommended!

John was willing to answer questions from the group. Tour took around an hour to complete. The work they do and service they provide to the wildlife is fantastic. We were able to feed the alligators and hold a baby one, pick up turtles and feed the tortoises. We had a group of 7 and everyone enjoyed their time here.

We came here for my daughters 7th birthday and she LOVED it. Very interesting and Clay was very informative with all the animals. It’s about 1.5 to 2 hours of walking and seeing the animals which is a great amount of time before getting to hot in the Florida sun! Would definitely recommend!

I arranged a birthday party at my home roughly two weeks before the event. After talking with them on the phone Croc Encounters send the booming form. The form was completed and sent back quickly. After not hearing anything for a week, I sent it again.nnAfter another day of radio silence, and still no invoice, I called again and spoke with the same woman. She stated my party was lined up and I would be receiving the invoice to pay the deposit.nnAnother few days go by and still nothing. I called again today to see what was going on and to pay the deposit. She told me the day I wanted is now booked! EVEN THOUGH I BOOKED IT WEEKS AGO.nnAfter a 22 minute call to see what happened and what could be done she told me there is nothing she can do other than schedule a different day. The event is in four days and now we have 18 children with their families coming for a reptile party without reptiles.nnIf you’re considering using Croc Encounters don’t. I strongly suggest Reptile Discovery instead. The gentleman that took my phone call handled my requests right away and seemed much more professional.nnDon’t risk having Croc Encounters ruin your party!
