Big reclining theater seats, limited seating.

I was hoping to see the courier but they canceled it at the last minute so instead I had the pleasure of watching Godzilla versus King Kong. Great graphics but the movie doesn't have believability or a very good thought. I just couldn't stand it anymore. I walked out in. It must've cost millions to make but it's just not that intelligent of a script. There doesn't seem to be very good dialogue even, although it does have lots of loud noises if you like that. The food here in this dining movie experience is really good. But not cheap.

It’s confusing when you have signs up that say you offer no in-theater service, yet 2 employees come in to bring my husband & me our food & drinks. The one employee asks us specifically if we need any extra napkins or anything else, which I told him that some extra napkins would be great but we didn’t need anything else at the moment. He then comes back in with the napkins &, once again, asks if we need anything else. To me, that implies you guys are offering in-theater service with the press of the button that is beside the chair. We were told by 2 employees that all of our food/drinks will be brought right out to us, again, something else that implies you guys are, in fact, offering the in-theater service. We weren’t told anything about not being able to use the button during the movie, yet I come out & ask if the buttons are working & was met with the rude attitude of the manager telling us there are “signs everywhere” saying they are not offering that service at this time. We read online that you all aren’t offering the in-theater service, so we fully expected to come to your theater & bring our food & drinks in with us instead of having someone bring them to us. To us, it just seemed as if you guys just aren’t following your own rules, which many other businesses are doing, for example, we are staying at a hotel in the area with many signs up regarding covid (max # of people in elevator, mask guidelines, social distancing, etc..) in which we’ve seen many people, including employees, disregard the rules & signs. How were we supposed to know you guys weren’t doing the same thing?nnI’m so sick of the rudeness of people who should be grateful they have a job & have paying customers during this time.nnYou need to either let your customers know that once the movie starts there will be no in-theater service, offer the service fully, or not offer it at all. I honestly can’t even believe I have to say that. I also do not consider the one sign I happened to overlook as signs being posted “everywhere.” You want to limit the amount your employees come in to the theater with customers during this time? Great, I think that’s very smart. However your employee shouldn’t offer to come back in to bring us things multiple times.nnDo you see how this is confusing? Again - many, many businesses have signs up/rules that they are totally disregarding at this time. It’s not up to us to read your minds.nnJust terrible management. Plain & simple.

Great to finaly see a movie on the big screen!!!
