This place is hands down wonderful. They were able to accommodate a last minute, large floral arraignment for a wake that was beginning within 2 hours of the memorial. And when I requested the arraignment, they already knew who it was for, and would be able to make a second delivery to the funeral home, just for my arraignment. I would also like to send a sincere thank you to the entire staff there who helped to pick, arrange, and deliver the arraignment on such short notice. Your help and hospitality is greatly appreciated.

I can't help giving another glowing review. I recently ordered a beautiful funeral basket at the last minute. Still, Nancy was gracious and outdid herself-if that's possible- it was prettier than the photograph.nThank you

To be fair flowers are beautiful, but customer service was horrible. Ordered a valentine’s order and specifically requested it be left outside (knew it was freezing but I’m a busy professional with kids and no time). Florist attempted to deliver but did not leave outside. When I got home at 5:45pm called back she told me she would never leave flowers outside. She gave me three options - wait around at home for an unknown amount of time - likely 1 hour for them to be delivered, go to store and pick them up or have them delivered on Saturday. Opted to go pick them up. Bad idea as this requires interacting with them. I managed to get there before 6, when I picked them up I asked her if she would be refunding my delivery fee. She said no - because she attempted to deliver. I said - yeah but if you had delivered them I wouldn’t be picking them up. Decided to leave but realized they had only given me two balloons, but I had paid for three. I requested my third balloon. As she was blowing it up we started arguing over the delivery fee again and she just couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to pay for a service that wasn’t given to me. She told me to get out of the store. I was hoping for an apology but instead her co-workers all told me to get out. I spent over $120 In flowers and balloons and chocolates to be yelled at and told to “get out” because I requested my delivery fee be refunded when I had to pick up the flowers. I’m sure the florist will say that I was rude, but I paid for a service and flowers and gave instructions to make my life easier and instead was treated with disdain.
