Several months ago, I broke the wand off of the gearbox to my vertical blinds. I had to use a glove with rubber grips in order to turn the gearbox to turn the blinds from right to left, eventually wearing a hole in my gloves.nnI called Dreamweavers and Ron came by to see exactly what happened. He then grabbed his toolbox and started to go to work. Within 30 minutes, he had fixed the problem. I was beyond elated. I really thought Ron would have to take the blinds back with him to the shop to have them shipped out to the factory. I had thought of the sheets I would have to pin up for privacy until the blinds were returned and back in place. But Ron was determined he could fix it.nnI am beyond thankful that Ron was able to take care of this at my home. No shipping off to the factory! I appreciated his determination; his professionalism; and also his conversation.nnThank you, Ron and Dreamweavers.

I walked in and I was not greeted or acknowledged until I purchased my materials. I was the only customer in the store and there were two ladies working. Not very friendly.. They do have a nice selection of fabrics, if only their customer service was up to par.

We recently sold our home that had Hunter Douglas Provenance woven wooden blinds throughout the first floor. Not only did they look fantastic they added that extra value to the home and made it more appealing to the new homeowner to sell the house. Without a second thought we immediately used Dreamweaver for our new home. We have Parkland wood blinds with the simple lift system. Again, we couldn’t be happier with the quality and professional service that was delivered by Cyndi and her team. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for blinds that will increase the value and overall look of your home.
