My mother-in -law was going to Wytheville for chemo, and was seeing Dr. Rotche. We had questions on several occasions, and are still waiting for a return call today. ....I’m leaving a 3 star score because there are some very nice an competent people in that office, there is just a terrible communication barrier.

Dr. Rotche saw us only once. We called after a bad blood transfusion and for other problems and apparently he couldn't be bothered returning our calls. I'm sure he has no clue my father passed away. I m also sure they got paid way too much for way too little. Have had better veterinarian's than this.
