Nice location, clean rooms. Front desk was very helpful & ensured I had a 1st floor room since I was traveling with my dog. Breakfast was limited due to COVID, but staff was nice enough to provide me a lid for my coffee even thought they weren't available at the breakfast area. Overall, the hotel is clean, hospitable & great choice for travelers with pets. I'll be back to this location on my way to see family.

Checked into the Red Roof Wytheville on Friday night. The front desk was extremely cordial and quite helpful. Crystal went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best it could be. Crystal advised on how best to find road conditions and weather reports by accessing the local tv stations and how to search for travel conditions by phone. When a microwave was missing from the room, she located one and delivered it immediately. Highly recommend the Red Roof especially if Crystal is working the front desk to check you in!

Great place, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and omg what a great shower. Little things make for a great stay. And the Gentleman who checked us in at 1130pm was Fantastic. Give him a raise, he was in charge of both Hotels and did a Great job . Thank you

The employees are great! They were very polite and helpful... But... Be sure to see your room prior to committing to staying... The room we stayed in looked nothing like the pictures... The wood on the floors was separating. The pillows were very hard and small. The walls had spots where someone patched the walls with the wrong paint color. The toilet seat was beat and needed to be replaced (it was bumpy and pealing)... We were so exhausted that we didn't have the energy to try to switch... I can't believe I spent the money to stay in a place like that... This was my first bad experience with this hotel chain.

Great place! Loved the decorations, grab and go breakfast, and the suite even had a couch bed! Best red roof inn experience yet!
