Absolutly terrible no one works there and too many crackheads go somewhere else
I've hesitated on staying at an Oyo & this place reiterated why. The room we were given smelled like mildew & there were hundreds of roaches running around. We spent about 30 seconds in there & immediately went back to the office for a refund. Avoid the headache & just book elsewhere.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible. When we arrived after a 7 hour trip of straight driving to check in, THERE WAS NO ONE THERE. Not one employee to check us in. We waited for over an hour. The front desk said open but no one is was in sight or anywhere in the motel. Other families were also stuck waiting. When I called management, they had no clue either and couldn’t contact any employees or send someone to check us in. Eventually everyone left to go to a different motel. TERRIBLE. Worst hotel experience I have had in my entire life.

We were told to come back at 3 to check in as our room was being cleaned. We came back at 4 it was still being cleaned. Room was not clean. Hair was in the bathroom,microwave and fridge were dirty. After my husband took a shower in the morning he found a hypodermic needle above the bathroom door way. We do not recommend staying here. We would have left but we could not get our money back.
