I have called for almost 2 weeks to have my street light fixed to my neighbor hood.. it is completely dark when you turn onto our street.. . I have spoken to several representative and just nasty and rude.. I have explained that at This point the light being out is a hazard ... especially since there was a domestic issue in the middle of the road and was definitely worried.. also explained this in my recent call.. as of today..not fixed. Thanks pg coop.. so not feeling my coop share.

It’s a shame that PGEC can’t post updates or any information at all when our service is interrupted. All we get when we call is a canned response about no estimated time of restoration. My mom lives in a very rural area in the western part of Virginia and her electric cooperative posts a status every time there is an outage. All we hear are crickets ud83dude21
