I've had insurance with Virginia Farm Bureau for years. The 1st person I always see when I enter the office is Crystal Holman. She is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She has gone above and beyond to help me with various issues related to my insurance. I have all my insurance needs through VA Farm Bureau, and one reason is b/c of the excellent customer service I receive there from Crystal. I've had some complicated issues r/t my insurance in the past & Crystal assured me they would get fixed, and they did in an expeditious manner.
