Worst experience with a service based business I've ever had. I booked the car online and was told the price would be about 100 dollars. I WALK all the way there because of car issues only to be told that they block 300 dollars PLUS the amount of the rental. Had I been told this on the phone I could've made arrangements to get it done. Then I ask if I can use a different card and because the card didn't have my current address on it they wouldn't allow it. I was literally trying to give them money and they refused it. I will never use their service again. It's not so much the policy that angers me, it's the fact I wasn't notified until I got to the physical location then told the policy after walking there to pick the vehicle up.

Reserved a car on the enterprise site. Desperately needed as my vehicle is in for repairs. Was informed late in the day that they had no cars and I was out of luck. Apparently a reservation means nothing UPDATE: I emailed the address listed below and they still haven't responded to my email or called me. Terrible customer service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car

This was fast easy and quick transactions. I was in and out and within 10 minutes. Other counties was out of cars but y'all had some thank you so much definitely around the holidays with a car being totaled this help

Quick and painless. Staff was super friendly and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Even though I reserved an SUV, I had to get a van because that's all they had. The reservation specialist should have been aware of that, but they're off-site and, well, that's what I get for reserving same-day. I was lucky to get anything, but I'm happy with the vehicle. It was very clean and in good condition.

Needed a rental car called Enterprise they picked us up took us back to there branch office. placed us in the car and out the door very good service, and friendly staff
