Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful selection of fresh water fish, crustaceans, and snails. An equally enthralling selection of marine live stock also available. This establishment never leta me down!

I have been several times now. The people that work mornings and early evenings are really nice and helpful. The nighttime lady catching fish is a little hateful and has a bad attitude.

I have a 4 year old Yorkshire Terrier and a 15 year old Shih Tzu that we needed collars for them. We ask for help cause I have a back condition and my wife has arthritis and sometimes have difficulties of lifting the Shih Tzu. We talk to the manager there and she was very helpful and she got one of the girls to go out with us to get the Yorkie first and carry him in to your store. She adjusted the collar for a perfect fit. Then took our Yorkie back to the car and got the Shih Tzu she carry him in and fitted him with a collar. Very polite and acted in a professional manner. We went back in to pay for the quick connect and disconnect where you squeezed both sides to put their collars on. We live in Bluefield, WV and it is just a 31 mile drive there. We take our dogs to the Community Animal Clinic for whatever care they need. It is located on Third St. in Wytheville. We been to Walmart just a little ways up from Petco and to Ruby Tuesday on the other side of Petco. But on the 29th was my birthday was the reason for stopping at Ruby Tuesday and taking our meals home to eat it there because of having our furry friends with us. We are going back to Petco the first week of September. We really like the girl that help us and deeply appreciate her willingness to help us.
