Still trying to get assistance after getting run around wouldn't waste my time making reservation
Rented a car for the weekend online. Booked the car from Thursday until Sunday night. I get a phone call from the guy saying that they don't have any cars available and he'll let me know... it is now mid day on Friday and I can't even get through to anyone at the location in Emporia. Very dissatisfied with enterprise. I wanted to have a car to travel the area for the weekend. I don't think I'll use them again.
Good service hope to do business with them again one day
No one had a car available for miles around ... this place didnt either at first but took the time to call and let me know that they were working on it .. and they did come thru last minute had free upgrade from economy car to nice chevy Silverado 4x4 i enjoyed driving it was a nice truck.. company paid for it anyway but it sure was nice to have larger vehicle... i was in and out in under 5 minutes as easy as it gets
Took all my information down. I’m stranded here in Emporia. There is no Uber, Lyft, Taxi here. Enterprise should have not taken my info. If they have no cars available. They overbooked so now I’m stuck here and am going to miss my flight.
