I've lived in these apartments twice. They have flooded 3 times in the time that I've lived here though. Thankfully I don't live on the bottom floor. BUT needing to be evacuated is a pain. Hopefully they have fixed the issue so they won't flood anymore. All in all they are decent apartments. They have done some work around the property to make it look nice. As far as the actual apartment, they are decent. They're are new property owners now and they are working out all the kinks but I think they will be fine. And I appreciate the new non smoking policy.

After over a year of living at the Riverwalk, I can say that my experience has been great and has only gotten better. The apartments are affordable, and the amenities continue to improve.

They are old apartments and in need of major update for all current residents and new residents including replacing the sliding glass door that seals are broke and let's in bugs and hot or cold air. The ac that can not maintain the set temperature in there apartments specially when they know they have elderly and child that can not be in the heat do to special needs.

Been living here for 5 month now, and the apartment is very raggedy. In my short time of living here I have already put in at least 7 maintenance requests. On all separate occasions we have gone an entire weekend without hot water, without air conditioning, and without a washing machine. The hot water and air conditioning issues were not seen as an emergency so we had to wait until Monday to have them fixed. The maintenance staff is great, they get back to me quickly and they usually fix the issue, however there’s ALWAYS an issue. You can’t see the apartment you will be living in until move in day, only the model apartment. What you see during your tour is NOT what you get. It’s not even similar. Everything is painted white, including our kitchen cabinets. And it’s a cheap white paint that comes off when you try to clean it. The entire apartment needs to be renovated COMPLETELY. The paint job, patched ceilings and walls are all done so very poorly.nThe leasing staff was very friendly, however we did have difficulty moving in due to being notified a day before our move in date that we would have to wait another 2 weeks because our original apartment was not ready. The apartment we are renting..It needs A LOT of work. We have a friend who lives here as well and although we pay the same amount in rent, her apartment is nicer. It’s not fair to pay the same as other residents and not receive the same thing. Not all of the classic apartments are as bad as ours I’m sure but just be aware that what you see isn’t what you’ll get.
