I cannot recommend University PT enough. Wonderful staff and therapists who go above and beyond to help their patients. After my hip surgery, they worked with me to get back to my normal activities and athletics. Most importantly, they have cultivated an encouraging and fun environment that made it easy and enjoyable to come in for appointments. Nothing but good things to say about the whole team!

Five stars for my time at UPT!! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Every person I encountered there was wonderful, from the front desk, to the interning students to the PTs. They've got a wide range of machinery, equipment and tools used to help in your recovery but it's the PTs themselves that are the reason UPT is so fantastic and why I'll only go there if I should ever need physical therapy again. The ENTIRE group of them are unbelievably knowledgeable, friendly, professional and attentive. I'm so grateful to UPT for getting me back on my feet and I highly recommend them if you need physical therapy. You won't be disappointed.

I had both knees replaced in November 2020, and began working with the excellent staff at UPT before the surgery to strengthen core muscles and be better prepared for the surgery, then began working with them again from December 2020 thru Feb 2021. I worked mostly with Nick, Tyrone, and Arris (hope I spelled it right bro). All three of these men were very professional and pretty demanding, which is exactly what one needs to get the most out of the rehab time, and to get back to maximum functioning. I did the home exercises they assigned, and although the rehab is sometimes painful, you need to do the work to get the results you want. I am happy to report that I've now got mobility that I haven't had in more than 5 years. I'm going on long walks (2 miles+) in the neighborhood up and down hills, and will be able to do all the walking required when I go to DisneyWorld with my two grandsons next January. I can't imagine a better rehab experience, and I am very thankful these folks are right here in Cave Spring. Five Stars all the way around!

The team at UPT is phenomenal. I’ve worked with several PT’s in town...many very good, and I still choose University PT for all my PT needs. Shout out to Tyler, Nick & Tyrone.

I just completed 3 months of PT at University PT following total knee replacement & a month of PT at home. I would highly recommend University PT to anyone who needs PT. The facility at Brambleton was clean & equipment sanitized; and the therapists were all very professional & friendly. I fully believe I enjoy the very best results from my surgeon, Dr. Velyvis, Lewis Gale Hospital in Blacksburg, Brandon Oaks Home PT, & University PT. They were all excellent and very important in helping to restore my quality of life with my knee replacement.
