I have gone here for two injuries, one requiring surgery, and I will never go anywhere else! Every person you work with is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not only did they get me on the road to recovery quickly after my knee surgery, but they helped make the journey more enjoyable. I highly recommend this location and staff to anyone looking for PT.

This place is truly the best place I’ve ever received therapy from! Have been battling a very tough injury and Diana, Will, and everybody else who helped me throughout the way were so supportive and helpful every single day! Their scheduling was amazing as I only had around 2 months to get in and we made the most of it every single week! I’m extremely thankful for everything Will, Diana, Tracy, and everyone else on the University Physical Therapy staff did for me and I wish them all the best in these hard times and in the future!

I have never been to a physical therapy place before, I was honestly very nervous that the physical therapist was going to push me to far. As soon as I walked in Deanna was the sweetest person and walked me through every step of the evaluation process. My recovery process went much better than I expected, I was NEVER pushed past what I was comfortable with. Both William and Deanna were very understanding of everything, they let me take breaks as often as I needed and did not mind if it put them at a slight bit of inconvenience. Both physical therapists are very good at making conversation so that it is not an awkward appointment every time. I would DEFINITELY recommend going to University Physical Therapy; they are both so nice and so caring.

I went to University Physical Therapy in Salem due to some vestibular therapy that I needed to have. I primarily worked with Deanna and Will, and found them both to be not only very personable, but knowledgeable, willing to listen to any concerns and/or answer any questions I had. I ended my time there today, but have told them that I'll most likely return, as I'll miss them too much! I highly recommend this place!

I cannot recommend University Physical Therapy enough. The entire team was supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and consistently optimistic during my entire treatment experience. The team was instrumental in my recovery, and I give them an incredible amount of credit for building a plan that helped me to heal. Not only did Deanna and Team provide me with great care, but they demonstrated compassion and care toward all of their clients While it is never great to require PT, they are the team I would always choose.
