Parked my car, between the time it took to walk to the machine and back I had a ticket on my car. My dad wanted to pay for us to park, put a 20 in the machine for a $9 fee, no change.. and still got a $40 parking ticket.
Work downtown and for the first offense running late received a $40 ticket. Called the number on the ticket to see if i could just get a one time pass and the lady asked me if I could read! The rudest woman ever! Yes I can read ma'am! Wouldn't ever park in their parking business again unless I had to just because of how rude these people are.
U know what to do and rest will run
I have never left a review before but these people are terrible . My girlfriend and I were moving into our apartment in Roanoke and received 120 dollars worth of parking violations just trying to unload our stuff .. it’s hard enough paying all of the apartment bills renting a u haul and parking violations when you could clearly see we were unloading
Tried to call about the Lewis Gale parking and cannot reach anyone. Here lately the people working at the Lewis Gale valet are lazy, hateful, and rude. Tried to speak to the lead attendant and he was just as bad. No apology. Nothing. Just said they can only handle one person at a time. But they can play on their cell phones and ignore the line. He then yelled “you’re welcome” as I walked away. How professional?! Do not use this company for any reason.
