What an awful experience.nMy whole family is driving home from FL, and brother booked a room here. But he couldn't make it due to car troubles.. so he sent me the registration number and said we could stay instead. So we drove further than intended, and finally got here at 6am. I had called earlier to explain the situation, and the lady I talked to said it was fine. We were even planning to upgrade.. but when we arrived, we were told by the guy at the desk that it wasn't allowed and we'd need to book a new reservation. No understanding whatsoever! I have the same last name, I had the reservation number, and $70 was paid.. and the situation was explained in advance! It was total b.s. and I won't be recommending this business or staying here again. :(

Great value! The rooms were spacious and clean and the location cannot be better, right off I-81. Plenty of convenient options for food very close by, even within walking distance depending on if you’re up to it. I stopped over on my way back from to Pennsylvania from Greenville SC and was very pleased with everything. I’d surely stay again!

This place was dirty. There was blood on the bathroom door, grime on the shower walls, all the trim was dirty and there was grime on the hair dryer. For it to be that bad, it wasn’t just from the previous person. Clearly there has been a lack of upkeep. You would think with covid, they would have been on top of things. Thank god I brought disinfecting wipes! Had it not been 11 pm when we checked in and been exhausted from driving for 11 hours, we would have definitely complained and gone somewhere else.

Receptionist was rude, and the lobby was nice, but the room wasn't. Next exit on i 81 i found another hotel, cheaper and in better condition.

Room was clean. Everything worked fine. But...no breakfast but the price didn't reflect this. Perhaps a coupon to a local eatery or something?
