They offer great crafting kits for kids, teens and adults during Covid. They offer bundles of books or dvds, based on certain genres. The library is offering curbside pickups.
Love all the librarians at the Glenvar Library! This library has a great selection and the best staff in Roanoke County.
Helpful librarian. Nicely laid out. Bright sunlight coming in through the windows was cheerful.
Poor services there are some that don't even adequately know how to do their job or answer questions on why their Gmail system isn't working on their computers. Library is basically brand spanking new is the only good thing. Need more people that can be technology savvy than sit and be quiet not knowing how to answer some easy questions such as sending a fax to a department. No one takes no initiative to help people that needs particular services. Seems like people only want to sit down and go home now days and not want to take the initiative on their jobs that's what makes it fun with this type of job.
