If I could give these people no stars I would do it! I drove an hour several times for only 15 minute visits. Unfortunately, I wasn't even given a full 15. How do you help someone in less than 15 minutes? The receptionists were nothing but liars. One told me she would call my pharmacy and check on my medication. I called my pharmacist and he had gotten no phone calls from anyone there. I complained to them and the office manager about feeling like I wasn't cared about, and there was no empathy there. The Dr. called me and told me that his employees were too busy to listen to me, and that's why they acted like Ostriches with their heads in the sand... no one wanted to hear it. This place has no empathy for anyone. The Doctor doesn't care about anyone but himself and the money in his pocket. I suggest that if you need help with Anxiety and Depression to please not go there if you truly want to be cared about, and helped. Get good help!

Love the front staff. Staff and providers are very accommodating. The new renovation to the center have created a modern look that is very inviting. 10/10 recommend for any mental health needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are only in it for the money. The receptionists are literally incapable of being able to do their job, they seem lazy and incompetent. The doctors will tell you one thing, and then do the complete opposite. I saw 1 NP once, then a completely different person the second time. Before I even had my 2nd appointment I had a $200 bill. How??? Both times I spoke with someone, the AC’s were broken. It was 86 degrees in the rooms and it got so hot they had to crack the door during my session. Absolutely ridiculous. Two sessions in, two different people, I got nothing resolved or even started for that matter. I don’t understand why $200 later, I’m in a worse position then when I started.

I have been going here for a year maybe. I have had many dr's and pa's in my life. I find Dr. Patel and Molly to be fantastic. They listen and provide lots of feedback. The front desk staff have been nothing but polite and nice to me. Im a good patient. I get there on time (although driving from Christiansburg I always.leave home early). I always show up or call ahead of time if there is a scheduling issue. I stick to my treatment plan and use my medications properly. I highly recommend this place.
